2. Personal data processing purpose

Your personal data are being processed for the purpose of  recruiting future participants of tests of the video games produced or published by us, using the platform your data will allow us to contact you when we decide to cooperate with you in currently performed game tests, sending you an invitation via your email address.

We process the following types of your personal data: 

  • given name,
  • last name (surname),
  • place of residence,
  • email address,
  • age,
  • gender,
  • information on your previous activity related to video games.

We process the personal data we collect from you. 

5. Legal basis of personal data processing 

The legal basis of your personal data processing is Article 6 point 1 (a) GDPR*: The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

 *Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 r. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation) [GDPR].

6. Information about your personal data recipients categories 

The recipients of your personal data may be the subjects we cooperate with, such as: business software providers (e.g. email addresses, programs, applications for data management etc.), hosting services providers, IT companies, internal administration and HR service companies. The data recipients may be also subjects that organize and perform the game tests for us, based on our bilateral agreements.

7. Criteria used to determine the period for which we will store your personal data

Your personal data are being processed as long as we need it to achieve the purposes mentioned in point 2 hereinabove or until an effective withdrawal of your consent to processing thereof.

8. Information about your rights 

You have the right to:

  • Request from us access to your personal data,
  • Withdraw at any time your consent the processing of your data is based on; such a withdrawal doesn’t affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal,
  • Rectify, erase or restrict processing your personal data, 
  • To data portability (the right to receive your data and transfer them to another controller) according to GDPR.

9. Information about the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement – if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes this Regulation. In Poland, the supervisory authority competence belongs to the Chairman of The Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa (Poland).

10. Automated decision-making based on personal data 

We do not make automated decisions, including profiling based on personal data, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

11. Territorial scope of data processing 

During the processing, we transfer data to recipients outside of the European Economic Area. Notwithstanding the above, data are transferred only to countries considered in an adequacy decision by the European Commission as such that provide an appropriate level of personal data protection, or, in case of absence thereof, with safeguards, appropriate or suitable according to GDPR, applying standard clauses issued by the European Commission.
